The faculty trains experts who focus on creating, using, protecting and improving food resources from plants and animals. Combining knowledge from biology, ecology, technology and economics prepares students for regulating agricultural systems, technological processes in plant and animal production, production quality, protection of biodiversity and the environment as well as the development of biological safety and scientific human nutrition.
